| Appointment Lead Time | 7 days in advance of your requested removal work date. Upon receipt user’s work requisition, the contractor should discuss the work details and provide cost estimation to the user 4 days in advance of the requested removal work date. |

Notes:
a. $10 / per carton box (size: 550mm x 380mm x 360mm) will be charged for above removing services;
b. No additional charge for removing works scheduled on Sundays and public holidays;
c. User is welcome to give feedback on the performance of the above removing contractor by returning a performance report to EMO for annual evaluation.
2. Furniture Fixtures & Fittings
Acquisition of ready-made furniture should be made by users directly with their own departmental one-line budget. Users are required to initiate Works Budget Allocation Form for ordering office furniture and on-site measurement. Supervision fees will be charged.
