In general, these refer to the alteration, addition or improvement works of building premises, building services installations and fixtures to accommodate the change of spatial requirements by users.
The works will be proceeded subject to confirmation of cost estimates, work scope and appropriate fund source, and will be arranged in accordance with the prevailing University tendering and procurement procedures.
Requisitions may be made to EMO by sending a Works Budget Allocation Form preferably three months before the expected commencement of planned works.
