For General services (except urgent repairs) which delivery is requested on a specified date, users are advised to place relevant orders with EMO Frontdesk at least 3 working days in advance so as to facilitate work arrangements. EMO may not accommodate and hoc service requests when manpower deployment is not viable.
Apart from calling our Frontdesk, users may fill in the Maintenance Requisition Form and send it back to us either by:
