1. Internal Wall |
Plaster and paint finishes; mounting of small fixtures supplied by clients where scaffolding is not required |
Required works exceed standard provisions, e.g. wall paper / wall fabric; installing / relocating of wall / ceiling-mounting cabinets; strip ceiling; raised floor, etc. Alteration, addition and replacement works initiated by users where the existing provisions are assessed to be in good and functional conditions, e.g. replacing the whole false ceiling / whole floor finish when they are good and functional, etc. All other types of locks and access control; and proprietary ironmongeries of glass/glazed doors, acoustic doors, theatre doors, laboratory doors, clean room doors, etc. |
