Direct Labour Cost (Hourly rate w.e.f. July 1, 2024)
Direct labour costs and material costs (at cost), where applicable, will be charged for non-core services carried out by EMO staff in-house. The labour cost includes the actual time spent on the works on-site and the associated support works including, but not limited to, transportation, preparation of tools/equipment/material etc. (where applicable).
